We are a small, independent bakery producing freshly made baked goods. All products are prepared in small batches and packed for direct sale.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of error, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
Orders are dispatched once weekly in line with our published shipping policy and are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
All baked goods are labelled in accordance with Natasha’s Law, including a full ingredients list with clearly highlighted allergens.
Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refunds and returns are handled in line with our published Returns & Refunds Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
