All of our items are handmade with care. To ensure quality and keep things sustainable, orders are dispatched once per week.

Dispatch Schedule

• Orders are dispatched every Friday

• Orders placed Monday–Sunday will be dispatched on the following Friday

Shipping Method

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

This service aims to deliver 1–2 working days after dispatch, though delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Important Information

• Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves us, not when it arrives

• Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date

• We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is with Royal Mail

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect details
