Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in preparing and packaging all of our baked goods to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. As our products are freshly made food items, please read the information below before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we are unable to accept returns.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Failure to collect or receive an order

  • Products that have not been stored in line with the instructions provided

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and any outer packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Allergens & Labelling (Natasha’s Law)

All of our baked goods are prepacked for direct sale and are labelled in line with Natasha’s Law, including a full ingredients list with clearly highlighted allergens.

If you have any questions about ingredients or allergens, please contact us before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds based on allergen information that has been clearly provided on the product label.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

  • Parcels are only considered lost once Royal Mail has completed their investigation

  • Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until a parcel is confirmed as lost

  • Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail are outside of our control

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing passes to the courier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
